Use effective communications skills to respond to inquiries via telephone and written correspondence related to suspensions, restrictions and reinstatement sanctions, and requirements with Field Office, Public, other departmental entities, law enforcement and attorneys. Assist with interpretation of Driving Under the Influence laws and mandatory actions.
